Fish Masala Chilli Garlic

 

Packing : 200 Gms

 

For Recipe 1: Requirements - Pomfret or Mackerel or any flat fish, 1 lime.
Method: 1. Clean fish & Slit on either side of center bone.
2. Apply salt, lime juice & keep aside
3. Stuff the fish with Goana Recheado Masala.
4. Shallow fry in oil till golden brown.
Serve your Goana Recheado fish along with green salad, lime wedges 
& a mould of rice.

For Recipe 2: Requirements - 1/2 kg of seafood like kalamari (squids) or 
Oysters, 2 onions (sliced), oil.
Method: 1. Clean 1/2 kg of Seafood .
2. Cook the seafood for 10 min. on slow fire with 1/2 cup water.
3. Add 2 sliced onion & fry till golden brown.
4. Add 2 tbs of Goana Fish Masala & fry for 10 mins.on low fire.
